  We do not offer refunds unless there is an error in a customized item based on discussed and documented directions. Any defective item must be reported within 30 days of delivery date to receive replacement/

Shipping Policy

Every Wednesday and Friday shipments go out.

• Orders made on a shipment day will be shipped out on the following shipment day.

Turn around time

• Please allow 2-3 weeks to design customized items.

• Any order with a deadline under 2 weeks will be considered a rush order and a 15% fee will be applied.
